Does anyone knows Taiwan manufacturer can take below project? 

Hello Chan,     I would like to work with you on the porting of a desktop VB.NET application to a small .NET Micro Frarmework board. I have all the specs, but I have to develop both the board and the code in C# (for the MF).  

The hardware needs are:
- a cpu runnunig .NET Micro Framework (1.0 or better 2.0)
- two rs232 serial ports (19200,N,8,1)
- at least 500K of storage memory to persist data between resets
- some outputs to switch on/off some status leds to give feedback to the user (error codes)  
The goal is to have the smallest and cheapest possible production board.   If you have knowledge about .NET MF and electronic board development/production, and are interesting about the project, let me know, so I can send you more specs and talk about costs.
